Herve LAUMOND graduated with a degree in Economics and a subspecialty in Finance. His 30 year history includes leading large teams in Indonesia and the Philippines in the development of infrastructure projects. Currently, he is the country manager of SYSTRA, the second largest international rail engineering group in the Philippines, as well as being the Vice-Chairman for SYSTRA Philippines, Inc. (SPI). As such, he oversees all technical outputs related to mass transportation and is responsible for the group’s business development activities and management of financial and administration matters of the different project offices in the Philippines.
